SMS typology considerations

Hi all,

 

Im working on a project setting up SMS on an ACS instance and wanted some input on the kind of typology rules one should consider for both marketing and service SMS'

 

Any input would be much appreciated.

@abdellah_jbari_nuk, You can take a look at the different types of typology rules (filtering, fatigue, control) available specific to SMS and all channels from this documentation. Depending on the business requirement some of these rules need to be created. For example, If the business requirement is to send a maximum of 2 SMS per week then use the appropriate fatigue type typology rule. Similarly, SMS messages can't exceed more than 160 characters and you can control typology to handle such a requirement.
