Send raw in-app messaging data to app

Good morning.

I'm currently working for a customer who would like me to implement the in-app messaging feature but in combination with a dialog created inside the app rather than designing the entire thing using the web platform.

Is it possible to send raw ACS data to the app which I can then "feed" to a custom dialog?
