Do we have any secure way to pass the email address in the URL parameters of email in Adobe campaign standard without modifying the existing profiles schema? The tracking results should also appear in Reporting such as ACS report/Adobe Analytics. if feasible, can anyone please suggest?

Example URL which was used in email template: https://www.test.com/en-in/homepage.html?profileemailid=<%=profileemailid%>

No, this doesn't require any changes to the schema. Since the field (email address) is already part of the profile schema.
