Removing decimal and trailing zeros in an Email Campaign

Hello All,

I have new email creative that shows our total amount... in pretty big font size. We have the total amount coming in from a file and the value comes in as 1,234.00

I'm needing to remove the .00 in this one email campaign. I have no clue where to start looking for an answer.
