Recover Deleted Campaign/Workflow

It appears from previous posts, there is no way to recover deleted Campaigns or Workflows. If this is still the case, is there any way to find which Campaign or Workflows may have been deleted on a given day? We have many campaigns and workflow, and one may have been deleted by mistake. Is there any chance of recovering them, or, if not, at least find out which might have been deleted from a particular log file? We think we have part of the name of the object, and we believe it was a scheduled job, if this helps at all.
