Personalize a Transactional Email

Hi All,

I have created a service which send out my customized transaction email, when somebody has subscribed to my service.  I have created the following

1. Service which is configured to a Real-Time event for delivery of customized subscription emails.

2. Realtime event, with First Name in the data structure and enriched to a Profile ( firstName)

3. Transacation email, where the subject header is personalized with context->FirstName

The issue is I am getting emails, when soembody is subscribing to my mails by registering via the Landing Page, but unable to personalize it with the First Name of that person.

Please let me know, how this can be acheived

Hi dipendu g  On you event configuration once you have defined an enrichment to the profile, with a key in my screenshot below its the CRM_id, you should see this enrichment under context data while editing the transactional messages. See screenshots below:

Hi pulkit2304​,

I have done all the steps mentioned. But when I subscribe using my landing page, a transaction email is sent, but without the personalization. The field chosen firstName is coming empty.
