One person on the team deleted a program in ACS.

As there is no way to recover it, we had to recreate it.

How can I eliminate permission to delete programs?

@fernandac322631, Any role you associate will have minimum access to modify/delete permission associated with the program object. Unless you have setup with a custom org unit can control deleting the programs from one another.
