Hi All,

Is there any way we can update custom fields in AppsubscriptionRcp schema through workflow activities in ACS ?

We have in V6 like one custom field on AppsubscriptionRcp schema,  based on that field we have linked that to recipient schema. where the same business requirement we are not able to replicate the workflow in ACS as we are not able to see that AppsubscriptionRcp table to select in Update data activity.

Any help is more appreciated.

Thanks,

Sivaramakumar P

Hello Siva,

Currently this feature is not supported in ACS and R&D team is aware of this . Hopefully there would be an enhancement done in the future to include the table for updating via a workflow.

Thanks Adhiyan for update.

In that case,How are we mapping the App subscriptionRCP with profile schema when a user newly registered from mobile App.? we may miss the links between appsubscription and Profile if the customer data not came to ACS before the AppsubscriptionRCP data receives.

Thanks,

Hi Sivaramakumar ,

I hope you can do this in ACS,

We can create new custom resource extending the subscription rcp and add field for email then save and pulish.

Then within the workflow we can use the activities to choose target dimensions.

Give a try!
