Misunderstanding step in the transactional messaging documentation

Avatar

Level 5

Hello everyone,

For the next couple weeks, I have troubles to setup my transactional messaging in that particular section of the documentation.

chrome_2018-04-17_11-48-17.png

I don't understand how I can access to the <batchEvent> properties, they said to go to the event type properties but have no clue on how to access it and same for the delivery in that example. I'm asking that because I have an "event not covered" error when I try to link the event type with the template I publish previously.

if you can show me how to access that properly, it will be great.

Regards and thanks in advance,

Thibault

Please go through below link to know more about batch event method

The section you are referring is telling about how templates are created on execution instance when you publish a template on control instance.
