Dears,

Can anybody send/suggest a set of questions that we need to ask a customer for implementing ACS.

I need to envisage a solution and have an ball park estimation around the same.

Any kind of reference or questions will help.

    The value prop for ACS is its flexibility, each customer is different and will have varied needs. Having an exhaustive list of questions that you should ask before implementing ACS is impossible.

    Having said that I always start with the data. Getting a deep understanding of the data infrastructure will answer most of your architectural questions.
