LDAP Configuration error

Hi,

My client has an on-premise v7 installation with the latest server build. We have configured the LDAP with NTLM authentication, but we're facing an error as below:

"SOP-330011 Error while executing the mthod "Logon" of service "xtk:session"".

I'm following the AC documentation -Connecting through LDAP

Also have a question on the final step given in the document: Do we have to create an operator group with prefix "Adobe_" and add the user to this operator group? It's not very clear if we need to do this or it's optional?

Able to resolve by correcting the AD directory group names.

Hi all,

Anyone who could please help on the LDAP configuration?

Does anyone know if "NEOLANE" in the below setting is a group in Active directory or is it an operator group within the Adobe campaign system?
