Is it possible to reject a file if column separator is not |

Can you suggest if there is any possibility of rejecting the file if the column separator is different from what we have configured in the file structure. 

 

Else is there any work around to deal with this kind of expectation?

You might be able to use the option "Check columns from file against column definitions".

Though then also the column headers always need to match
