How to use Campaign to send a triggered email

We have a online shopping website and want to interface with Campaign. We want to send a welcome email to the user when creating a new account. But we don't know how to use the Campaign to send a trigger email, so we hope to get some documents about it. Thanks very much.

Hello,You have several possibilitiesavailable depending on the specific requirements of your use case:Landing pages and services: you can set up acquisition landing pages where your customers can register and set up automatic confirmation emails when they submit the form.
