Hello Li,

Can you please provide me the details below :

Open the delivery which is in start pending> Click on the edit tab on the top left>Click edit source XML.

In the scheduling node , you would find the IPaffinity , can you please check if it corresponds to the ones defined in the config file.

If this matches one of the affinities defined , update the config file with the address as 0.0.0.0 and weight="1" and then perform a nlserver config -reload command to reload the changes and then try sending another email delivery.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

If your installation is properly configured, you just have to follow these steps: Email channel

You can also find some short videos that should help you: Adobe Campaign Videos

Hope you get your weekend!

Hi,florentlb

Unfortunately, I still failed to achieve the purpose of sending mail.

I'm now learning to deploy the local version of Adobe Campaign Server, and I want to know how to install the configuration so that operators can send mail. Can you tell me more about it?

thanks

Hello Adhiyan,

in accordance with the tips you gave me,i sent the mail successfully, but unfortunately there were other problems.

When i sent the email delivery as the same way, campaign shows that i has been sent successfully, but in fact  it has not

been sent successfully. To intercept request log display, campaign sends a RSET command, the end of the session that initiative failed to send mail

Are there any configurations that limit mail delivery?

phenomenon is as follows:

Can you tell me how to eliminate this warning ?The warning reads  'No opt-out link in the text content'.

Hi Li,

You'd need to add a personalization block to your delivery. There is one by default that allows to add an unsubscription link to the content of the delivery.

Here is how: https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC6.1/en/DLV_Personalizing_deliveries_Personalization_blocks.html

Let me know,

Florent
