How to add a rawbox for recommendations in email template

Hello,

I am trying to add a rawbox recommendation in an email. The recommendation is created in Target.

Anyone have any idea or sample how to include a rawbox recommendation in email?

I have found this page (Option 2), but it's not very clear:
