Help in push messaging using POI

Trying to understand the sequence of events when trying to use POI data. I would like to test sending either an InApp or Push alert using POI. I see data flowing in for my device(iOS and Android). So, if I can get a sequence of setting up a delivery in ACS for entering or exiting this POI. That would be helpful. trying to understand the functionality of POI

 

example: 

device is current within poi.

Send push or inApp to alert device it has left poi

send this message

take device leave poi, see if I recveive

 

Send push inapp to device for entry of poi for certain time window.

since i've left the poi, enter the poi in that time window. Get intry to poi
