Get Data Schema for Profile Resource

Hi,

I want to document the entire Profile resource data schema. When I go to Administration - > Development -> Custom Resources, on the left pane there is a Data schema link, but for the Profile resource it only defines the custom fields, and doesn't show the out-of-the-box fields for the Profile resource. The Metadata link defines the entire Profile resource, but I want the non-custom fields with the Data Schema file. Is there another way to show or export the entire schema of the Profile resource? I also want to get the Data Schema for all the resources in our instance for documentation / reference. Is there a better way to export the schema of the custom resources in our instance, rather than clicking on each one in the 'Customer Resources' page and opening the Data schema link for each resource and copying the schema to a file?
