File resources upload limit

Avatar

Hi all,

We've recently given Adobe Campaign users access to upload their own images via the File Resources function. However, they are uploading images of huge file size. We would ideally like to restrict them from doing this.

I notice there's no file size field available. Is this possible? If so, how?

Many thanks,

Rob

Hi Rob,

Then you can limit the file size in the Server Config file. I don't know how but I think yes it is possible to limit the file size.

Hi Rob,

can you tell me where you are storing these images when users are uploading them. I mean in some folder on the Adobe Campaign Server or in Some Table in the database.

Hey Kapil,

Thanks for your response.

The files are stored on the Adobe Campaign Server, using the File Resources feature in Campaign.

Rob

I think you're right. Will request this from the agency that manages our servers.

Thanks for your help!
