Fallback on Anonymous environment in Offers

Hi team,

I created an offer in identified environment (Environment-recipients). I have selected the fall back on anonymous environment option.

However, when the individual identification (Based on email id) fails on the page, fall back to the anonymous environment does not happen.

Could anyone please let me what may be the cause here and if any of you have faced this issue?

This issue got resolved.

The cause for this issue is below:

Previously, I had given different names in the Catalog theme fields in both Anonymous and identified environments.

Now, I had given the same name in themes field. It is working fine now.
