We have created a transactional message from an event. When we launch API, the json is received and processed to deliver in the delivery but it is not sent (the number of sent is 0 vs 13 of delivered.
When we look at "Sending logs", it said that it has failed and the nature of the failure is "Unreachable" and the reason "Unable to find the Email format for the address '*' ".
Can anyone help us?
Support needs to look more closely into this, we need to review the delivery logs from the back-end server as well. please open a ticket with campaign support and we will help you identify the root cause.
