Hi Community,

I have a question about failed message alert via DAD. 

If I have a delivery alerting dashboard enabled for failed messages and supposedly, if I have a delivery for a which the request confirmation  befor delivery was checked, and I forget to confirm, the message does No send due to this.

Wil this be picked up by the dashboard I have and notify me?

In case the Delivery is not confirmed, the status would be "Ready to be Delivered" or "Pending" and if you have set DAC with status "Failed", it would not send a alert as criteria would not be met.

    @shelly-goel, if I edit the delivery resource and for the failed deliveries add a filter which also looks for start pending and ready to delivered, it should cover up for my case correct?
