Facing Issue while configuring Vedio Component in Email Designer.?

In Outlook Vedio Thumbnail is not loaded, Displayed as Empty Structure. Please Guide me the with steps.

Hi Khushboo,

 

Hope you are doing well.

 

This is a common problem with outlook as it don’t load images or videos do to its security but you could try below steps in outlook to over come this situation for yourself,  hope this would be helpful for you.

 

Unblock image downloads for a single message:

Click the InfoBar at the top of the message.

Click Download Pictures.

For additional assistance with Outlook 365, Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016, and Outlook 2013, please see Microsoft Office support.

 

 

Unblock image downloads for all messages:

Outlook 2007

On the "Tools" menu, click Trust Center > Automatic Download.

Uncheck the "Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items" check box.

Outlook 2010 and Up

 

On the "File" tab, click Options > Trust Center.

Under Microsoft Outlook Trust Center, click Trust Center Settings.

Uncheck the "Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items" check box.
