Error Code Debugging between ACS and AEM

Hello!

 

I'm having an issue with an AEM Site/page that I've integrated with ACS. When testing my page I'm getting an rc=-2010 when trying to amcGetProfile and error code rc=-16384 when performing amcStoreProfile. I've tested my call in postman and replicated the issue however I'm at a lost at this point. I've found a page with Adobe Campaign Error Codes however I couldn't find anything related to my particular issue.

 

Any ideas and where I'm going wrong here?
