Dynamic image served by adobe target is not showing up

Hi,

We are trying to integrate adobe campaign standard and adobe target.

We are not able to see the Include > Dynamic image served by Adobe Target on Email delivery client, if image tag "<img src>" present inside the anchor tag "<a href><img src=''>"</a>.. but the same is working if we put image tag outside  of anchor tag.

Any pointers to fix this will help us.
