Hi all,

When I go to see inside the tool to see how many users are subscribed to a service I find a quantity of 12,000,000 but if I execute a query with the service following the next structure Subscriptions exists such as ID is equal to "NAME OF SERVICE" I get 11,986,093.

What could be the reason of the lost of several users when executing the query?

@ccg23 Sharing the example query condition that matches with the count on the subscription service.

If there's any data count mismatch open a ticket with adobe support to figure out what's going on.
