Customising Content Components

Hi There,

Is it possible to customise content components in email designer, so they meet bespoke branding when dragged in as a starting point.

e.g.

* HTML starts with preferred font-size, colour, padding

* Buttons start with preferred border, border radius, font-size, colour, background colour

* Social have preferred logos and links

I guess this could be achieved to a degree through fragments (which are then unlocked) but I wondered if content components could be customised to meet business needs.
