Adobe Campaign Standard

I created in ACS a small report in which I compare the bounce and error rates of a few campaigns. Somehow the numbers don't add up.Look at the first line: 116 + 101 + 72 = 289. Errors and bounces are supposed to be 383, what sub category am I missing?

I have a csv file with a number that has 17 characters. I want to include 13 in a table, disregarding some at the beginning and end. Is there a way to do this in a workflow without touching the file?

The mobile numbers for our Profiles are all saved as 10-digit, without the US country code of 1 appended at the front. Is there a way in my workflow or in the delivery template or in the external account settings to add "1" to the recipients number automatically before sending to our SMS provider? 

Besides an external signal, is there a way to automatically start a workflow when an outcome is met or not met? Thanks.

Hello.I have done a Html code with the footer, and includes the unsubscribtion link, and it works fine. The problem is that the tracking of clicks on that link (type opt-out) is not tracking it. It´s the only one, the other links in that content appears. Could any have idea why?Thanks
