Changing the Default validation message on the webApps

HI

I am trying to change the default validation message that appears when the user try to submit a subscription form.

Currently it shows as : Field 'xyx' is mandatory.

can you please advise what the best approach to change that? I assume is coming from the JS that is included on the webapps by the system

any help would be appreciated
