Cart Abandonment Case

I am working on cart abandonment use case. I can see the trigger from Analytics in MCloud, however, i can't see an event being processed in Campaign (Marketing Plans -> Transactional Messages -> MC Triggers). I am quite not sure what am I missing

    Did you configured the AMC Data Source for track the visitor id ?
