When does Adobe serve delivery images from Adobe mid-source cache instead of outside link?

Example:

Some images would point to img src="https//:www.clientserver.com/image.jpg"  but Adobe changes URL path from that to something like img src="http://client-mid-prod2-t.adobe-campaign.com/res/img/image.jpg

Why does it do that when it should point to client server?

This can only happen when you upload images to adobe campaign server while creating the email delivery.

Please ensure that you are not uploading any assets when creating or saving the delivery.

Amit
