Dear all,

Does someone already made a SMS in arabic language ?

I 've met an issue : my text is reversed when I copy paste in Adobe Campaign ?

Can someone help me ?

    Hi Florent.

    The only solution was to download an arabic keyboard and type the text

    Could you please provide some details

    1- On which build of Adobe campin you are testing this?

    2- Do  you mean to say when you copy paste the text in sms delivery , it is is reversing the text ? could you please copy/paste text here

    2/ Yes exactly. here is the text :

    أسرعي! لا تنسي الحصول  ٥٠مل مزيل ماكياج العيون من سيفورا مجانا عند شرائك من المتجر. تطبق الشروط والأحكام.

    I have tested at my local and for me text is not reversing. Do you see same issue with email delivery also or this is specific to sms only ?

    I also met this issue in subject of email (not in content.)

    I am not able to reproduce . For me it's working even in email and SMS. It seems there is some local settings not from the campaign side which is causing the issue.

    Hi Agnès,

    Were you able to fix your issue? As Shrawan mentioned, there might be some local setting causing this, but unsure of what it could be.
