API call 504 timeout

Hi,

We are doing API calls to find if a profile exist using /<organization>/campaign/profileAndServicesExt/profile/byText?text=email&filterType=email

But we are sometimes getting 504 timeouts because the API call take so long time to respond. We have a 60 seconds limit and we do a retry.

Is this normal that it takes so long time? Our web developers says it should take maximum 2 seconds .

Could something be done to fix this?

@filipe23353816, Take a look at this product description page on the number of engine calls/sec details. Ideally, it will not take a long time to respond. You can open a support ticket with adobe and figure out what's going on.
