Hi All.

We have a requirement where we need to pull or push files from Azure Cloud Storage server to Adobe campaign standard.

Can some one help us to understand what are all the best way we can do. Whether adobe support this connections or not?

Thanks,

  • Please see if from Azure side you can SFTP the file to the Adobe Experience cloud Data Source SFTP location. From there you can use the workflow to pull your file using the out of the box External account 'Import audiences from the Adobe Experience Cloud'
  • Or you can configure an External account with SFTP to directly pull from your receiving server.

Thanks for your suggestion.

We already trying to do connect to configure Adobe SFTP and from there we are trying to pull/push to Azure cloud. But here we are facing issue like if data is huge then the file transfer 2 times (ACS-SFTP-Azure) taking more time which causes delays.

Is there any other way like connecting the Azure server as SFTP server connection to pull/push the files as blogs.

Thanks,
