When i am trying to send a delivery , i am getting the following errors , can anyone tell me why i am getting the errors and how to resolve them ???

Hello Tacia,

I am getting the following error:

failed to connect to the server for the external account 'Email routing using mid-sourcing'(named 'defaultEmailMid').

Can you tell me why I am getting this error and how to resolve it....

Hi Saikat,

It looks like the Mid-Sourcing option was activated, but may not be configured properly. There is more information in the documentation here:

Hi Tacia,

I tried to configure the Mid-Sourcing Server following the documentation page but could not proceed forward .

If you can kindly help me resolve this , also can you tell me for the email content to get delivered , what are the things I need ??
