Adobe Account Manager

Hi,

I'm a new joiner from a Company that has a partnership with another Company which has a contract with Adobe (Adobe Campaign platform). I haven't found who is our Account Manager so I can have access to open cases and to talk to an Adobe contact and ask high level questions and contract queries.

Do you guys know if there is an email address for this or who can I contact to resolve this? I haven't found any internally who can solve this question for me.

Hi Raul,

The company that has a contract with Adobe will have a dedicated Customer Success Manager aligned for them.

You can request for the contact and forward all your queries to him/her.

Is there a way to identify this person through the company name I am working for? The thing is, seems nobody knows the name of that CSM.
