Adding in variable content into email delivery's copy

Hi,

This is probably a very basic one but I need some help creating variable content to drop into my recurring delivery's email copy.

The requirement is a piece of variable content which will provide the date 30 days from current date.

e.g.

This will be updated 30 days from this notification on DD/MM/YY
