Adding content to Automatic reply sent to the MO

We are setting up SMS and we have Keyword text messages we want to implement. But some of the replay back messages need to have content placed inside of them to fully work. 

 

Example. 

 

Customer text "ID"

We replay back with "Account Alerts: Download your ID card at "place content here". Reply STOP to cancel texts "

 

Is there a way to do this or am I going about this wrong?

With the auto-reply, you can only use a static response text, i.e. no personalized/dynamic content is possible here.

 

For a dynamic reply, you may process incoming SMS messages using a workflow (see docu link below) though this won't be in real-time then
