Adding Adobe Campaign Standard Access

We have a partner AEP instance with Target enabled. How can we add Campaign Standard?

If I understand correctly you are looking to get partner ACS sandbox access. If so, reach out to your adobe partner manager or spphelp (spphelp@adobe.com) to get guidance on this ask.
