ACS - Create a new template for the Transactional messages

In ACS – Do we have a provision to create a new template for the Transactional messages? So that it will support all the OOB capabilities for the real time events.

Unfortunately no.

The transactional message will be automatically created upoon first publication.

But you can't define / choose a template in this step.
