Ability to get notification if multiple users are working on same workflow/delivery

When there is more than one user in the same workflow/delivery/object in ACS, either a lock should be added or a notification should be sent. Recently, we have encountered two issues where changes are not saved correctly in live campaigns due to overlapping resources. As a result, changes are not saved properly and the client program is experiencing errors.

Below is the error that we get when the workflow/delivery has an error:

PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: canceling statement due to user request

 

Multiple users working simultaneously on the same workflow/delivery get aborted, resulting in the client's campaign being delayed, affecting their revenue.

After carefully considering and analyzing your idea, it seems that this particular feature has not been a frequent request among our customers. As we strive to allocate our resources in a way that brings the most value to the majority of our users, we have chosen to not prioritize this feature at the moment.

 

That said, we do understand that every user's needs are unique, and what might be a rare occurrence for some could be a significant need for others. I want to assure you that your request has been noted. We will continue to monitor the demand for this feature and reassess our priorities accordingly.
