We have reorganized the Release Notes section!

The Release Notes section has been reorganized with an overview page which has been added with information on build statuses, upgrade process, recommendations and important links.

A dedicated page has also been added for Gold Standard releases and the Compatibility matrix has been integrated with the overview page.
