I have logged into Adobe Campaign through Citrix. But after login, when i try to open the campaigns, it is prompting to login again. The same repeats even if i try to access any of the programs or campaigns in the environment. What might be the issue and how can it be resolved?
Close the Adobe Campaign console >> Navigate to - C:\Users\<ur_user>\AppData\Roaming\Neolane\NL_5 >> clear all the files and directory except "nlclient_cnx.xml" >> Open AC console now and try login
I have cleared all the local cache and still the issue persists. Moreover, the problem is that, am able to login to the console, but it is prompting for login in the dashboard of every campaigns. Below is the screenshot of the issue:
Please try a clean install of an updated version of Campaign Classic and double-check server authentication.
