Where are the standard packages coming from?

Hello together,

I would like to know if the standard packages are downloaded from a server via internet while installing it with the wizard or are they delivered with the normal set up client of ACC. And if so, is it possibile to find any files in the ACC data structure for the installation of standard packages to look up what is getting installed? For example which schemes are getting added with the installation of this package.

Thank you!
