When creating proofs a second delivery is created with zero recipients

Hello, 

 

We have encountered a behaviour that we are not able to explain, one team member is generating proofs but a 'real' delivery is generated at the same time with 0 recipients: in this screenshot the first line represents the proof and the second line the delivery with 0 recipients  which are created simultaneously. Any explanation for this behaviour?

Hi Yiannis,

I can't say that as I've seen this behavior in the past, I think we would likely need to examine the logs and understand the exact steps of creating these deliveries to get to the bottom of things. As such, I would recommend reaching out to Campaign Support.
