Hi Team,

We need to know the purpose of offer/Application themes and How it works and its uses. Could someone please provide the respective information here. As you know, we didn't see much documentation on this topic and also no examples on how it needs to be implemented in each offer.

Thanks

Hi @balakrishnavalavala ,

Thanks for clarification.

I will recommend you to go through the basics of offer module in this link :- https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/managing-offers/interaction-overview/...

Here are some use cases for same :- https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/managing-offers/case-study/presentati...

Examples for offer implementation can be Inbound and Outbound offers :-

1. First we create a presentation rule for offers :-

In our database, there are several travel offers for Europe, Africa, the United States and Canada. We want to send offers for a trip to Canada, but if the recipient refuses this type of offer, we don’t want to send it to them again

We are going to configure our rule so that the trip to Canada is only offered once per recipient and not offered again if rejected.

Detail Link :- https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/managing-offers/case-study/presentati...

2. Offers on an inbound channel
Presenting an offer to an anonymous visitor
The Neobank site wants to display an offer on their website aimed at unidentified visitors who browse the page.

3. Same with outbound channel :- https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/managing-offers/case-study/offers-on-...

Hope it helps.

Note :- You need to go through the above articles end to end to understand what it means as a feature or module in adobe campaign and how you can use within your instance or for your customer. There is vast implementation you need to configure for same.

Hi @balakrishnavalavala ,

Application themes is part of interaction module of offer. They are basically keywords and tags which are defined in category of offer.

I would recommend you to watch below link video in detail to know more on same

https://helpx.adobe.com/campaign/classic/how-to/acs-overview.html?playlist=/ccx/v1/collection/produc...

And once you went through link above, please refer below link which shows how to configure categories and link themes to same :

Hi Aggabhi,

Thank you so much for your time to respond to my question. Here unfortunately I have gone through both the links you have provided already but looks like those one line statements from the links are not enough for me to understand and hence raised the question here to get some replies with examples of how to use them. As you know, we are not familiar with the offer engine concepts, since we didn't get much involved in this module.

Thanks
