Hi @balakrishnavalavala ,
Thanks for clarification.
I will recommend you to go through the basics of offer module in this link :- https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/managing-offers/interaction-overview/interaction-and-offer-management.html?lang=en
Here are some use cases for same :- https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/managing-offers/case-study/presentation-rules.html?lang=en
Examples for offer implementation can be Inbound and Outbound offers :-
1. First we create a presentation rule for offers :-
In our database, there are several travel offers for Europe, Africa, the United States and Canada. We want to send offers for a trip to Canada, but if the recipient refuses this type of offer, we don’t want to send it to them again
We are going to configure our rule so that the trip to Canada is only offered once per recipient and not offered again if rejected.

2. Offers on an inbound channel
Presenting an offer to an anonymous visitor
The Neobank site wants to display an offer on their website aimed at unidentified visitors who browse the page.

3. Same with outbound channel :- https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/managing-offers/case-study/offers-on-an-outbound-channel.html?lang=en
Hope it helps.
Note :- You need to go through the above articles end to end to understand what it means as a feature or module in adobe campaign and how you can use within your instance or for your customer. There is vast implementation you need to configure for same.
