UTM parameters not working

Hi everyone,

I have populated the UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) in the delivery settings and when I send the delivery the utm parameters don’t appear in the link like &utm_source=xxxx&utm_medium=xxxxx&utm_campaign=xxxxx&utm_content=xxxxx. Can someone please tell why the Google Analytics parameters are not added in the URL?

Please check your link (URL) again, if that link is redirecting somewhere else in between, than UTM parameter will be left behind and will not work.

if this is not the case than please share the link, we can check other things.
