Unreachable - Failed

Hi,

 

I have tried to send mail but its is failed with the reason 'Unreachable' and the 'Text' column is showing the below reason 

The result of the formula for the
'file:///C:/Users/gdear/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/INetCache/Content.Outlook/
RD1ZOVC6/%3C%@%20include%20view='MirrorPageUrl'%20%%3E'
URL in the '145494255' delivery action is not valid.
JST-310005 Failed to replace tracked URLs (content htmlContent).

 

Not sure what it is and I would appreciate if anyone could tell me to how fix this issue.

Hi sgsamy,

 

It seems like you may be trying to generate the mirror page from a custom URL that isn't using http or https. We have seen one other instance of this being reported on the Campaign Classic side (NEO-42471) and it is something that is currently not supported and would require an enhancement request.
