Tracking logs for Emails Opened

Hi 

 

I have created a workflow to sent Emails. I have query out 2 people to send out Emails and have successfully sent out the Email. Then I opened 1/2 emails sent. Then I created another workflow to if the Tracking is working. The query I have used are as the image attached. However, it gave me 33 Results which is incorrect as the expected result should been 1. Please guide into how I could fix my query or what I have done wrong to get the solutions for this issue.

Hello, @ChanuteJo. To make a correct query, double click this:

In it you can put your expression:

Heku__2-1717058263348.png

For adding the tracking log, do it inside the broadLog exist such as query, doing the same to have the trackinglog exist such as query:
