Hi Team,

 

I am facing an issue while trying to create a new workflow: Below is the error message:

The Edit form initialization has failed 

Details: 

SCM-120008 Unable to find key values for element 'Workflows' (document with schema 'ctx')
------
The graphical component 'Template' has generated an error.
------
The edit form initialization has failed.
------

 

Do we know the cause for this?

Looks like someone modified the workflow Input form.

 

Could you please share the input form code for troubleshooting?
